Same-day orders are delivered in the GTA and are available Tuesday through Sunday until 11:30 am. Same-day orders must be placed by phone. A same day delivery charge of $15 will apply. Not available for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other holidays.


We are closed on Mondays and do not send out orders. Any orders made for a Monday delivery will be delivered on the Tuesday.


We do NOT delivery on public holidays.


Deliveries typically start at 11:00 AM and will be made to businesses by 4:30 PM, and to residences by 6:30 PM. While we cannot guarantee timed deliveries, please feel free to mention any preferred delivery times in the 'Special Instructions' section and we will try our best to accommodate them.

For special holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc), please place your order several days in advance.


If the recipient is not home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:

  • Call the recipient to schedule a delivery time that works for them
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift, please note them in the "Special Instructions" section.  


If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. 


When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.


Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.


To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
